Endorsement Statements 

(1) Tieka Romanoff is a vital part of Second Mutual’s current, especially well-run Board of Directors. She is a strong listener, communicator, facilitator, and negotiator with great people-serving and problem-solving skills. Her term was only for one year. I strongly support her continuing as our director. 

(2) I actively endorse Tieka Romanoff for the SWCM open Board position.  Tieka is open minded and listens to residents. She has spearheaded the Landscape Committee with enthusiasm for new ideas and practical solutions.  She is diplomatic, considers multiple opinions and works cooperatively with the Board and other Committees for combined resolutions that work for residents.  Since coming on the Board she has created multiple Social events  to bring residents together to connect and develop friendships.  She brings creative energy as a Board Member.  Please re-elect Tieka and keep her as the valuable asset that she is.
